Dr. Bob Nisson Dr. Bob grew up in Eureka, California, where his father was a general dentist. Together they learned that building trusting relationships based on honesty and respect are basic principles of excellent care. He is a graduate of UC Davis where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He began his dental education at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). After becoming a general dentist, he decided to specialize in orthodontics. He completed both his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.Professional Affiliations
Outside the OfficeDr. Bob has lived in Shingle Springs for the past 25 years with his wife, Rene’ and 17-year-old triplets. They also have seven goats, one pig, three sheep, two bunnies, three cats, and two dogs. To say theirs is a full house is an understatement! He also enjoys swimming as a member of The United States Masters Swim Team. He competes in swim meets and is a past President of the Suburban Swim League. Dr. Bob also plays guitar and has performed with two of his three children at their high school choir fundraiser! |
